ABOUT SAN DIEGO COUNTY TIMES

A standard broadsheet free newspaper, San Diego County Times is a unique newspaper that combines quality journalism and news reporting
with special features and in-depth reporting, hence people read the paper from cover to cover, and they keep it for a longer period of time
because of highly interesting and informative stories presented. Unlike traditional newspaper with traditional news, SDCT provides news
and information that truly matter to San Diegans. Most specially, its coverage of minority, multi-ethnic, multi-racial and multi-cultural events
and stories serves well and supports the diversity of San Diego County.

Special focus is given to community events, human-interest stories, family and values-oriented articles, social justice, San Diego businesses
and personality profiles. It is THE community publication that the highly diverse residents of San Diego can see themselves in. It publishes
FOR FREE  announcements and press releases that benefit the communities of the County; and gives half-the-price discount to community-
related and non-profit-related advertisements. If it's for the benefit of the communities and diversity at large, one can count on
complimentary and generous accommodation from SDCT.

And SDCT's advertisers know fully well that advertising with SDCT means allowing the paper to continue giving free services to the diverse
communities of San Diego County, thereby making diversity work and prosper in the county.

SDCT is an off-shoot of Consumer Discount Magazine which was launched in February, 2006 - a full-gloss and full-color, free magazine in San
Diego.  Very soon, CDM will be SDCT's free insert magazine that will provide discount coupons to its readers.

SDCT/CDM was founded by long-time San Diego resident Ernesto Malabad, who is married to the paper's Editor and Art Director Doris
Enriquez-Malabad. Ms. Malabad brought to the paper her 20-year publication and journalism experience (commercial, corporate and student
journalism), both from the Philippines and the United States. She is a member of the Society of Professional Journalists (U.S. and San Diego
chapter).

SDCT is distributed county-wide and has a circulation of 30,000, 50% of which is delivered directly to driveways of homes in Central, East and
South San Diego. Other method of distribution include newspaper racks and outlets strategically located throughout the County.

Additionally, its Web site (www.sdctonline) features exclusive local content and news coverage, exclusive event videos and photo galleries,
the current printed edition's sections and pages, in-depth news, feature stories, views and opinion, and an online community bulletin board.
Its Diversity Partners - special advertisers who partner with SDCT in a special way to support diversity - are featured one by one on the
Home page, with direct links to each one's website.
